If the caller asks something the AI doesn't know — anything outside its training — it does one of three things, configured to your preference: it takes a message and notifies you instantly, it transfers the call to your mobile, or it offers to call the customer back. Nothing important falls through.

No. You keep your existing number, mobile, and provider. We give you a forwarding number to point your line at — that's the only change. Cancel after the minimum term and your number reverts to ringing your phone like before.
Google Calendar is the primary integration. We can also work with Outlook / Microsoft 365 calendars, Calendly, and most major salon and clinic booking systems including Fresha, Treatwell, Booksy, and Cliniko. Tell us what you use on the discovery call and we'll confirm.
Callers are informed at the start of each call that they're speaking to an AI assistant. Call data is stored only as long as needed to log the booking in your CRM, and you or the caller can request deletion at any time. We work with established sub-processors under data processing agreements and can share details on request.
Yes. The receptionist looks up the existing booking in your calendar, confirms the customer's identity, and either cancels or moves the appointment to a new slot. You get a notification either way, and your CRM is updated automatically.
Email us. Updates are unlimited and included in the monthly fee — no extra charges, no waiting weeks. Most changes are live within an hour.
You set the rules. Common ones: "transfer to my mobile if the caller asks for me by name", "transfer between 9am and 5pm only", "transfer if the caller mentions cancellation outside policy". Outside transfer hours, the AI takes a detailed message and notifies you so you can call back.
There's a 3-month minimum term to give the service time to prove itself and recover your setup fee. After that, it's rolling month-to-month — cancel any time with 30 days' notice, no termination fee.
The complete build: the discovery call, training the AI on your business, configuring the calendar and CRM integration, voice tuning, the test calls, and the go-live. Once paid, there are no further setup costs — unlimited updates and tweaks are included in the monthly fee. Setup is £249 for Solo, £499 for Team, £999 for Multi. The first 5 UK customers get setup waived in exchange for a 90-day review.
Each tier comes with a generous monthly call allowance — 1,000 minutes on Solo, 2,500 on Team, and 5,000 on Multi. Most businesses never hit the cap. If you do, we'll email you at 80% so there are no surprises, and any overage is charged at £0.10/minute. No per-call or per-booking fees.
Yes. Every call is logged to your Google Sheets CRM in real time — caller, time, outcome, booking details, any messages taken. You can view it on any device.
