About the price.

The setup fee covers the work we do before you ever pay a monthly bill: discovery, voice tuning, training the AI on every service and price, integrating your calendar and CRM, configuring transfer rules, and running test calls. Each system is built by hand, not from a template. After that, the monthly fee covers everything ongoing — including unlimited updates.

Each tier includes a generous monthly call allowance — 1,000 minutes on Solo, 2,500 on Team, and 5,000 on Multi. Most customers never come close to their cap. If you do, we'll email you at 80% so there are no surprises, and any overage is charged at £0.10/minute. No retroactive charges, no hidden per-booking fees.

Pay your monthly retainer annually upfront and get 2 months free — 10 months for the price of 12. Available on all tiers. The annual plan satisfies the 3-month minimum, and renews automatically unless cancelled with 30 days' notice before the renewal date.

The Team tier covers up to 2 locations. The Multi tier covers up to 5, with per-location knowledge bases so each shop can have its own services, pricing, and routing rules. Need more than 5 locations? Get in touch — we'll quote it.

After the 3-month minimum term, email us with 30 days' notice. We'll wind down the receptionist, hand over your call records, and that's it. No termination fee, no questions, no email chains trying to keep you.

Not in the traditional sense, because the build work is real and takes time. But the demo is free — we set up a receptionist trained on your business and let you call into it as if you were a customer. You see exactly what you're getting before you commit a penny.

No. We are not currently VAT-registered, so the prices on this page are the full price you pay — no VAT added on invoices. If this changes in future, we will give all customers 30 days' notice and prices will only change at renewal, not mid-term.
