Service-specific terms (setup fee, monthly retainer, minimum term, cancellation) are set out in writing in the Service Agreement signed at the start of every customer engagement. A copy is available on request before you commit to anything.

Calls handled in line with UK and EU data protection law. Signed DPA available on request.
Privacy-first design
Call data processed and stored within UK and EU regions only. Full provider list on request.
Caller consent built in
Every caller is told they're speaking to an AI assistant at the start of the call. No silent recording.
No contract. 30-day cancel
3-month minimum term. 30 days' notice to cancel after that.
