Our full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are currently being finalised alongside our UK ICO data protection registration and Companies House incorporation. Both will be published here in full before we onboard our first paying customer.

In the meantime, here is what you can rely on:

• Ilikoi is a UK-based business currently in the process of incorporating as a private limited company.
• Our ICO data protection registration is currently in progress. The reference number will be published here as soon as it is issued.
• We do not sell, share, or repurpose personal data. We do not use call audio or transcripts to train general-purpose AI models.
• Call data is processed within the UK and EU only.
• A Data Processing Agreement is provided to every paying customer as part of the service contract.

Service-specific terms (setup fee, monthly retainer, minimum term, cancellation) are set out in writing in the Service Agreement signed at the start of every customer engagement. A copy is available on request before you commit to anything.
